ROCKLAND (March 11): A former educator was indicted this week on 17 charges relating to an illicit sexual relationship with a student. Amy Bramhall, 33, of Rockland faces charges of sexual abuse of a minor, gross sexual assault and providing alcohol to an underage person.

Bramhall is accused of having a relationship with a Washington student while working as a teacher's aide at the Warren Alternative School. The relationship allegedly included sex and use of drugs and alcohol by both Bramhall and the teenage boy.

Arthur Farnham, 29, of Vinalhaven was indicted on charges of burglary, obstructing a report of a crime, falsifying physical evidence, two counts of theft, three counts of violating a protection order, criminal mischief and violating conditions of release. Farnham allegedly burglarized a home in Rockland on Dec. 9.

Timothy Woods, 45, of Rockland was indicted on two counts of arson and one count of criminal mischief. Woods allegedly lit a portable toilet on fire in Rockland on Dec. 25.

Scott Chiaramonte, 30, of Thomaston was indicted for tampering with a witness, terrorizing and violating conditions of release stemming from an incident in Thomaston on Dec. 10.

Charlene Wilson, 40, of St. George was indicted on three counts of acquiring drugs by deception, two counts of forgery, drug possession and stealing drugs, stemming from incidents around Camden, Rockland and Warren from September through December.

Patrick Aylward, 20, of Searsmont was indicted for burglary, two counts of stealing drugs and theft. Alyward allegedly burglarized a Camden home in November and stole prescription drugs and war memorabilia.

Tangy Jones, 40, of Union was indicted for aggravated drug trafficking. Jones allegedly trafficked methadone in Knox County in April, with a death resulting from the drugs.

Heather Pendleton, 36, of Camden was indicted for drug possession. Pendleton allegedly possessed methadone in Knox County between April 30 and May 1.

Stephen Ames, 36, of Matinicus was indicted on two counts of theft and forgery. Ames allegedly stole funds from a lobster company in Rockland on Nov. 17.

Dennis Jalbert, 25, of Newcastle was indicted for negotiating a worthless instrument, two counts of theft, forgery and violating conditions of release. Jalbert allegedly wrote several bad checks around Knox County between August and October.

Amy Bramhall, 33, of Rockland was indicted on eight counts of sexual abuse of a minor and eight counts of gross sexual assault, and for furnishing alcohol to minor, stemming from several incidents in Washington from March through October.

Lisa Thomas, 28, of Waldoboro was indicted for two counts of theft and two counts of violating conditions of release. Thomas allegedly stole hair conditioner from Hannaford Bros. on Nov. 14 and toys from Wal-Mart on Nov. 30.

Michael Gray, 24, of Rockport was indicted on two counts of aggravated assault, criminal threatening and terrorizing. Gray allegedly assaulted another man with a table leg in Rockport on Dec. 12.

Travis Sawyer, 29, of Thomaston was indicted for operating after revocation and operating under the influence, stemming from an incident in Warren on Nov. 8.

Scott Pelletier, 46, of St. Francis was indicted for operating under the influence, operating after revocation, violating conditions of release, failure to stop for an officer, and failure to report an accident, stemming from an incident in Thomaston on Jan. 8.

Michael Batty, 30, of South Thomaston was indicted for possession of a firearm as a felon, criminal mischief and violating conditions of release, stemming from an incident in Spruce Head on Dec. 26.

Linda Rackliff, 22, of Rockland was indicted for three counts of theft, forgery and two counts of attempted theft. Rackliff allegedly stole currency from several businesses, and tried to steal merchandise, around Knox County in January and February.

Cecil Connors, 44, of Rockland was indicted for assault, aggravated assault, tampering with a victim and violating conditions of release, for incidents on Feb. 11, Feb. 13 and Feb. 25 in Rockland.

Wanda Chipman, 44, was indicted for operating under the influence, drug possession and operating after revocation, stemming from an incident in Rockland on Dec. 21.

Tori MacLean, 31, of Lewiston was indicted for drug trafficking, drug possession and trafficking in prison contraband. MacLean allegedly trafficked heroin at Maine State Prison in Warren on Jan. 13.

Rebecca Roth, 22, of Biddeford was indicted for drug trafficking, drug possession and trafficking in prison contraband. Roth allegedly trafficked heroin at Maine State Prison on Jan. 13.

Allen MacLean, 36, an inmate at Maine State Prison, was indicted for drug trafficking, drug possession and trafficking in prison contraband. MacLean allegedly trafficked heroin at the prison on Jan. 13.

Harold Rowe, 48, an inmate at Maine State Prison, was indicted for terrorizing. Rowe allegedly threatened a Superior Court Justice and other court officials on Nov. 16.

Jerome Schoppee, 29, an inmate at Maine State Prison, was indicted for assault on an officer, stemming from an incident at the prison on Jan. 22.

Brian Polley, 38, an inmate at Maine State Prison, was indicted on four counts of assault on an officer, stemming from incidents at the prison on Aug. 14, Dec. 2 and Feb. 18.

Joshua Green, 25, of Waldoboro was indicted for operating after revocation, operating under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident, stemming from an incident in Rockland on Dec. 7.

Jamie Anderson, 28, of Thomaston was indicted for operating under the influence and operating after suspension, stemming from an incident in Rockland on Nov. 26.

Jonathan Sevon, 31, of Friendship was indicted for four counts of drug possession, carrying a concealed weapon, operating after suspension, unlawful use of a license, violating conditions of release and failure to report an accident, stemming from incidents in Rockland on Jan. 21 and in Friendship on Feb. 13.
